Are your products genuine?

All our products are 100% genuine. eTailery.com either buys directly from the producers or from first-rate distributors. Pricing and procurement policy have no impact on the quality of the products, and the packaging is original as well.

How do I pay?

We accept debit and credit cards as well as payments made using Paypal and Bitcoin. We do not accept cash or cheques.

What about VAT/sales taxes and duties?

20% VAT applies to all products in our assortment.

What about postage and delivery charges?

Standard delivery takes up to 6 business days. 

We use EMS Post (Omniva) as forwarders.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver internationally. 

How can I track my order?

Upon confirmation of your order, you receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can also track the shipment from www.track-trace.com. Just use the tracking ID found in the confirmation email.

What is your returns policy?

Products purchased from eTailery.com have a 30-day guarantee. If you are not happy with the items you received or have changed your mind about the order, you can return the unopened item or items. Do that within 30 days of order receipt and we will refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned items.

We accept returns if the items are unopened and in their original packaging. To return your order fill in the returns sheet that ships with your order. Returns sheet has all the necessary information required for a return. Please note we do not refund any postage you may have been charged.

Please include the order number and a short explanation why you are returning the items in question.

To ensure the hygiene and safety of our products, we cannot refund or exchange beauty products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original package or have been used, unless they are faulty.

Do you ever run out of popular product lines?

Although extremely rare, this can happen. If a product you order is out of stock, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. We process orders on the day you order (if the order comes in no later than 2 pm) or the morning after, so you’ll know very soon.

Do you do wholesale?

eTailery.com is strictly retail oriented company. Please contact our wholesale division via email info@globalex.ee for wholesale opportunities.

How can I get information on special offers, vouchers and promo codes?

You can sign up to our newsletter to be kept up-to-date about all our campaigns, discounts and other specials. You can sign up on the front page.

We also have a Facebook page where we post any news connected with our campaigns and range of products. You can also follow us on Twitter and on Instagram.

Do I have to register to make an order?

As eTailery.com is an online retailer, we suggest you to join us and open your own account to order online. Then you get the latest news and best offers. If you choose not to register, you can also make a checkout as a guest.

How do I know your website is secure?

Security is extremely important to us, our website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Certain areas of our site use industry standard SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details. We record the IP addresses of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully co-operate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers.

For your added security all payment pages are hosted and processed by Braintree Payments Ltd., which means that we don't hold records of your debit or credit card details.
